Then the phone rings. A sub needs an answer. An invoice is late. A bid is due Friday and the takeoff is not started. The moment passes, and the business takes over.

BuilderDuty Inc. was built for that gap. Based in Millbrae, California, we support commercial builders across the Bay Area through pre-construction, general contracting, subcontracting, and bids and estimates. We carry the backend weight so the people who build can stay on the build.
